Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or cancellations once your order is confirmed and preparation has started.

Exceptions:

• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the case, and if approved, a refund or replacement will be offered.

• Claims for damaged items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and supported with photo evidence.

• Orders marked as delivered will be considered complete, and customers are responsible for verifying receipt.
